Hydraulic Swivel Chute
The hydraulic turn allows you to swivel the chute in a continuous 360 degrees with ease. |

PT Tech Clutch
The PT Tech clutch operates via push button engagement instead of the standard manual engagement. Its self-adjusting and self-lubricating features maintain proper adjustment and eliminate maintenance. In addition, the electronic controller will protect the machine from operator abuse. |

Tandem Axles
Tandem axles are available on the Model 18X and all larger models.
Tandem axles distribute the machine's weight, helping to provide an easier towing experience. |

Hydraulic Winch
The hydraulic winch incorporates a raised fair lead which draws material to the infeed at a higher angle. This increases the efficiency of the winch operation and its ability to feed the machine. The winch demonstrates a pulling power of up to 12,000 pounds and operates at two speeds, as well as having free spooling capabilities. |

Hydraulic Front Stabilizer
The hydraulic front stabilizer provides hydraulic lift for the hitch and tongue, increasing the ease of hooking up the chipper. This is helpful if your operation requires that you hook to and from the machine several times a day. |

Infeed Conveyor
The Woodsman infeed conveyor makes processing piled brush and treetops easier and more efficient. Conveyor machines have open infeed hoppers to eliminate jams. The Woodsman infeed conveyor is available in your preference, either rigid or folding. The folding conveyor makes transport easier. It should be noted that Woodsman infeed conveyor machines are not designed to be hand fed. Woodsman makes infeed conveyors to suit the needs of your chipping operation. |

Loader
A loader allows the operator to easily feed material from the curbside. Woodsman offers a loader on the Model 18XX with a 16’ reach and 3,000 lbs. of lifting capacity. The Model 20X is available with an 18’ reach and 4,000 lbs. of lifting capacity. |

Remote Control
A 12-function remote control is available wireless or tethered. This is convenient if you are using a loader or skid steer to feed your Woodsman chipper because it allows the loader operator to have functional control of the chipper. |

Variable Speed Control
This option allows you to adjust the speed of the feed system according to the material you are feeding. Smaller material like brush can be fed quickly, while larger material like hardwoods can be fed more slowly to efficiently use engine horsepower. |

Reverse Auto Feed
Woodsman offers auto feed as a standard feature on all of their chippers. The reverse auto feed upgrade offers operators a more efficient way to feed and increases their engine recovery time. As your engine RPM’s decrease, the reverse auto feed turns on and stops feed system operations. It then immediately reverses the direction of feed to move material away from the chipper drum. When the engine RPM’s recover, forward feed automatically resumes. |

PTO Chipper
PTO units function via an alternative power supply using either a 3-point or trailer mount attachment. This option is available on the Woodsman Model 730B. |

Tracks
Tracks are available on most Woodsman chipper models. The smaller, handfed units are fitted with a rubber track undercarriage. Larger, whole-tree chippers are available with steel undercarriages. |
